Montreal's International Forum
The Montreal Council on Foreign Relations organized an event with mayoral candidates to discuss international issues, Montreal's place in the world, and its influence during the last three municipal elections. To receive an invitation to participate in this event, a candidate must be the leader of a recognized party, hold at least 15% of the seats on the city council, or garner 15% of the vote in a recognized poll (La Presse, Le Devoir, Léger, etc.). CORIM reserves the right to invite other candidates if a poll published before the event changes the situation.
