More than half of the world GDP is dependent on nature. Yet, the 2020 Global biodiversity outlook found that none of the 20 biodiversity targets have been reached.

On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Convention on Biological Diversity opened for signature on June 5, 1992 at the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development (the Rio "Earth Summit") and the holding of the COP 15 in Kunming, China in 2022
